“After School” is a SFW for-profit fanzine about ALIEN STAGE’S Highschool AU. This zine features 100+ pages of the ALNST cast's daily lives during and after school—from fretting over upcoming exams to participating in school festivals.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! We ship from the Philippines with PHLPost. However, there may be shipping restrictions so please make sure to check this page to see if we ship to your country.

For USA orders, please note that we will be using a different courier due to shipping restrictions with PHLPost.

If we are unable to ship to your country during our allotted shipping period for any reason, we will offer a full refund of your order.

Customers will be handling any additional fees (taxes, customs, etc.) as we hold no control over them.

When will my order be shipped out?

The zine is on pre-order basis, which means that the items are not yet in stock. They will be sent for production at the end of the pre-order period (January 3, 2026), and the production period will take an estimated amount of 3-4 months. 

Shipping will proceed once all the items have arrived, and are checked for quality. Digital products will be sent out 2 weeks past the shipout of all physical items.

Updates will be posted on our social media accounts, so please keep an eye out! We will be posting product samples and updating on the stock arrivals.

Any major announcements that affect existing orders (i.e. delays or shipping restrictions) will be sent out via email. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

During the pre-order period, yes! Please contact us immediately if you would like to change your order. For order cancellations or refunds, please note that we will only be refunding the amount that we received (Paypal and BigCartel have their own fees, and this is out of our control).

 

Can I still change my information once I've submitted my order?

Yes! Contact us with your order number, and we will update your information accordingly. We will also be posting an update on our social media when we will start shipments, and you could still ask to get your information updated then.

 

What if my order is damaged/incomplete?

Once the pre-order period has ended, all sales are final and there will be no refunds, exchanges or replacements with exceptions to the following:

  • A replacement package will be sent if there is any shipping issue on our end (faulty packaging, incorrect or missing items). Please contact us immediately via email if this happens. Your order is subject to inspection.
  • Refunds will only be offered if we can no longer ship to your country by the end of the shipping period.
  • If the package is returned for any reason out of our control (such as incorrect address), it can be shipped out again at the same shipping cost.

Once the packages have been dropped off at the post office, we no longer hold any responsibility for any delay in the shipping time or mishandling by the courier office. However, please contact us if there are any concerns about the delay or tracking so we may inquire with the shipping service.

When you've received your package, please film an unboxing video for easy filing of claims.
